You've entered ADAPTonline™ — a series of modules and tools teaching specific parenting concepts.While the concepts are relatively simple, executing them in a consistent and sustainable manner can be challenging. Change isn’t easy or immediate. With practice, the ADAPT™ program can become a natural part of your parenting. Viewing the videos, completing the exercises, and discussing the modules with others will help.

Helpful tips:
- Previous and Next buttons at the bottom of each page navigate within the program.
- The Module button in the upper left corner gives you a listing of the entire program, indicates what parts have been completed (note green check mark to right of items), and allows you to access specific program items.
- PDF documents can be downloaded, saved, and printed by clicking on the link at the bottom of each applicable page.
- Noticing exercises are included throughout the program. Find what works best for you and use them regularly.
