ADAPT™
New Beginnings Program
Resilient Parenting for Bereaved Families
PEACE Program

Parenting is a tough job. Long-term stress caused by demanding jobs or situations such as military deployment creates unique challenges for parents and their children. The ADAPT™ program is an evidence-based parenting model giving parents tools to be their children’s best teachers, reduce stressors, and improve family and individual wellness.

The New Beginnings Program for Divorcing and Separating Families (NBP) teaches parents relationship-building and communication skills and helps them to employ effective discipline and keep children out of the middle of conflict between the parents. By supporting mothers and fathers in the use of these skills, the program helps children adjust positively to parental divorce or separation.
